Ken is a 21 year veteran of the Securities industry, working exclusively on the Independent Rep side of the industry. Prior experience includes relationships with various Broker-Dealers and Clearing Firms. Ken is firmly committed to offering the best of that experience.  He also understands completely "where the broker is coming from" and uses that knowledge to benefit our Reps on a daily basis.  

Jeff Fanning

Jeff began his career in Securities in 1986 after many years in Law Enforcement. After meeting Ken, the two founded the first Independent Branch for Kennedy Cabot and Co. Later, in 1992, the two formed Midwest Discount Brokers, Inc. Jeff heads the recruitment and compliance departments of our business. He is your go-to man for any questions about becoming an Independent Rep with our firm. 

Casie Woodward
Operations Manager

Casie has been in the industry for over 14 years, working in Office Operations and Management. After obtaining her Principals Licenses in 2000, she became the Chief Compliance Officer for a small Independent Broker-Dealer. Casie is your first contact for all operational and compliance related issues.
